Die neue Generation von Glocks Selbstverteidigungswaffen bietet wieder ein Sondermunitionskonzept, nachdem die "Giftzwerg" von vielen Zivilisten abgelehnt wurde, da sie durch ihre Sprengmunition eine Lautstärke besaß die einen unerfahrenen Schützen verunsicherten und einschüchterten. Das neue Konzept verlagert die unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen auf den Angreifer in dem es eine spezielle Hohlspitzmunition verwendet, die nur von Glock, allerdings zu normalen Kosten und Verfügbarkeiten, angeboten wird. Zwar ist der Nachweis nötig, dass man eine 96´er besitzt, aber das verschreckt keine legalen Nutzer. Glock schaffte es in diese winzige Waffe einen speziellen Laserpointer zu integrieren der zwar präzise Schüsse erlaubt, aber leider seine Wirkung auf 30 Meter Nachts und 15 Meter Tags verliert. Für Personen mit entsprechenden Erlaubnissen ist auch ein Schalldämpfer verfügbar der 500Y kostet, 0,25kg wiegt und die Tarnstufe um 1 reduziert. Wie so oft hat man auch hier nicht an Keramik- und Polymerebauteilen gespart, was unnötige Diskussionen in gehobenen Etablissements verhindern soll. Die Waffe existiert noch in der Variante 99 Mini Smart, welche anstatt des Laserpointers ein Smartlink-II beinhaltet, was das Gewicht um 0,25kg erhöht, den Preis um 500Y erhöht, nun völlig aus Keramik- und Kompositbauteilen besteht und eher für Ermittler von Sicherheitsdiensten gedacht ist.

The new generation of Glocks self defense weapons again brought a special ammo concept. After the "Giftzwerg" was refused by many unpractised civil users for intimidating them through ther loud explosive ammo. 
The new concept delivers the disvantages to the offender. It use special hollow point ammo, that only Glock offers - for normal cost and availabilitys. All that is needet to buy it is a validation that you´re a owner of a 96/99 Mini, but this didn´t scare off legal owners. 
Glock manage to integrate a special build laser pointer into the tiny weapon. It allow a good precision, but lacks of the normal range, and just grant use on 30 meters at night and at 15 meters at day. 
For people with corresponding licenses ther is a supressor available for additional 500Y, 0,25kg whight and the loos of 1 point of conceal. 
Like it is known from the manufactor ther is no lack of polymeres and ceramics. This avoid unnecessary discussions in upscale establishments
The weapon also exists in the Type 99 Mini Smart version that have a Smartlink-II instead of the laserpointer and is fully made of non-magnetic materials. This remove the MAD-conceal, rise whight at 0,25kg and the price at 250Y. But the Type 99 is build for investigators of security services and may find it´s restrictions this way.
